Yes. After purchasing the correct 1-year update service, your device can still be renewed and updated to the latest available version.

If you ordered the wrong update service (e.g. MX808 instead of MX808S), simply contact us before activation. We'll change your order to the correct update service, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

After we receive your order number and S/N, activation is usually processed within 1 business day.

You can find the S/N on the back of your device; it is the 12-character code located directly below the barcode. To ensure a smooth activation process, we highly recommend double-checking the number for accuracy before sending.

Orders may be canceled before activation. Once the software update has been activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
